On Oct. 14 Kinder Morgan hosted a town hall on Twitter. We asked members of our social media amplification network to help flood the Q&A with the kinds of questions the Texas-based oil company would have a hard time answering.

Here’s an assortment of questions that represent the mood of the discussion, plucked from a total of 431 Tweets that were submitted by 350 users from across B.C. and beyond.

The tweet with the most impact?

68 per cent of Burnaby residents don’t want your new pipeline. How high does that number have to climb before you walk away? #AskTransMtn

It was re-Tweeted 40 times and favourited 18 times. We think they got the message.
