Carbon Tax Implemented
BC has implemented North America's first carbon tax! However, in order to be effective in reducing emissions the carbon tax will need to be significantly raised in a relatively short period of time, and remain combined with a suite of other climate change measures, including an effective industrial cap and trade system.
